When you take the Shinkansen(bullet train)
Tokyo Station-->Kyoto Station transfer--Kintetsu Railway(direct express train to Tenri once in every hour, or express train for Nara and transfer at Saidaiji Station and take Tenri train, or express train for Kashihara Jingu and transfer at Hirahara and take Tenri train)-->Tenri Railway Station
When you ride the Night Express Bus

By car
From Tokyo/Nagoya
Tomei Expressway-->Higashi Meihan Toll Road-->Get off the Meihan Route at the Tenri Higashi Interchange to Tenri.
From Kyoto
Take Route 24 or the Keinawa Highway to the Yamadagawa interchange, then follow the signs to Tenri.
From Osaka
Take the Hanna Road or take the Nishi Meihan Toll Road and get off at the Koriyama Interchange or Tenri Interchange to Tenri
