True Sincerity

True sincerity is the state where one perceives the will of the Parent without error and the state of complete spiritual growth. The concern for the self, after the mind has been replaced with a mind like clear water, is transformed into an immediate concern for the other. Setting aside our own self-interest, we work for the benefit of others and this driving force behind the mind to save others is true sincerity. True sincerity indeed has strong overtones in striving to live in the same manner as portrayed in the Divine Model, a life that focuses on striving for the salvation of others, for it is a mind that communicates with God the Parent. We read:

There is nothing stronger than true sincerity. True sincerity is the truth of heaven. If it is true sincerity, the world will be convinced.

Osashizu, June 2, 1888

Sincerity alone is the truth of heaven. Because it is the truth of heaven, I accept it at once and give a return at once: this is the one truth.

Osashizu, April 17, 1890
